Science Fair by Dave Barry and whatshisface
Katherine Neville's The Fire (sequel to "The Eight". if you haven't read "The Eight", you're missing out.)

Got tired of waiting for the library to order the new Kat Richardson (Underground) and the new Hollis Gillespie (Trailer Trashed) so put through a request-purchase.
